Our valued client is currently seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to create software/platform/infrastructure architecture plans for new product introductions.
12-month contract that can be worked out of Montreal or Toronto (hybrid remote, 2 days/week onsite).

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for End to End architectural Solution design, issues and solutions considerations; apply industry best practices to create scalable and secure solutions that have superior technical performance.
- Work with the Business, IT Teams and others in order to Build an End to End solution that supports the Business needs and align the Enterprise view.
- Troubleshoot miss-specified component architectures and rapidly correct them.
- Craft software/platform/infrastructure architecture plans to support business outcomes.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years experience as a Solution Architect
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with new and emerging technologies such as big data and cloud platforms
- Design & implementation experience with distributed applications
- Experience with different integrations patterns
Nice to Have Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Experience in Agile / Scrum / Kanban / Iterative project delivery
- Certification in TmForum Frameworx or TOGAF
- Experience in the Telecommunication
- Experience with Object-oriented and Scripting programming languages
- Experience with Messaging queues.
- Experience with Rest and SOAP API
- Experience with Data modelling standards
