Our client is looking for a Sr. Technical Lead Developer, Oracle Order Service Management (OSM) Version 7.3.5 for a Telecom Client.

Must Have's:

7+ years subject matter experience in the following Application and worked in the specified version or higher / newer:

·     Oracle Order Service Management (OSM) Version 7.3.5 

3+ years of experience directing and coaching Developers

3+ years demonstrated technical leadership

3+ years demonstrated experience with requirements analysis and system design

2+ years of experience in documenting, automating, and troubleshooting with tools, including but not limited to:

·     HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management),

·     Open API (Application Programming Interface),

·     REST (Representational State Transfer),

·     SOAP API (Simple Object Access Protocol Application Programming Interface)

Nice to Have:

Telecom Experience


Completion of post-secondary education at the University or Technical Institute level in one of following:

·      Computer Science,

·      Software Engineering,

·      Information Technology,


Technical training normally gained through three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a Technical Lead role in the posted application


Will include, but not be limited to:

·      Participate and/or facilitate the gathering of business, functional, and non-functional requirements and perform requirements analysis to create the application high-level and detailed design

·      Leverage SaskTel standard templates and tools that support requirements gathering and related deliverables

·      Prepare system design, development specifications, high-level test plan, and technical documentation for knowledge transfer

·      Provide estimates in order to create and/or support work schedules

·      Distribute and monitor Developer tasks for schedule alignment and report variances with remediation to the SaskTel Technical Application Owner

·      Lead, coach, mentor Developers (SaskTel and/or Supplier) and ensure the assigned tasks are being completed to meet the business requirements

·      Be responsible to maintain out of the box functionality wherever possible and provide guidance to SaskTel

·      Be responsible for collaboration with SaskTel resources on design, development, and schedules

·      Be responsible to participate in internal project meetings

·      Demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively

·      Stay up-to date of industry trends, technology, and developments with the respective application(s)
