Sr. Technical Lead, Oracle Billing and Revenue Management(BRM) Version 12 or higher Technical for a telecom Client
Our client is looking for a Sr. Technical Lead, Oracle Billing and Revenue Management(BRM) Version 12 or higher Technical for a telecom Client.
Must Have's:
7+ years experience with Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Version 12 or higher
3+ years of experience directing and coaching Developers
3+ years demonstrated technical leadership
3+ years demonstrated experience with requirements analysis and system design
2+ years of experience in documenting, automating, and troubleshooting with tools, including but not limited to:
· HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management),
· Open API (Application Programming Interface),
· REST (Representational State Transfer),
· SOAP API (Simple Object Access Protocol Application Programming Interface)
Education Requirement:
Completion of post-secondary education at the University or Technical Institute level in one of following:
· Computer Science,
· Software Engineering,
· Information Technology,
OR
Technical training normally gained through three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a Technical Lead role in the posted application
Responsibilities:
Will include, but not be limited to:
· Participate in the gathering of business, functional, and non-functional requirements
· Analyze and/or support requirements analysis for the creation of the application high-level and detailed design
· Leverage SaskTel standard templates and tools that support requirements gathering and related deliverables
· Support system design, development specifications, high-level test plan, and technical documentation for knowledge transfer
· Provide estimates to Technical Lead to support work schedules
· Be accountable for the development of code and schedule alignment, as well as report variances, issues and risks with remediation to the Technical Lead
· Be responsible for collaboration with technical resources on design, development, and schedules
· Be responsible to participate in internal project meetings
