Sr. Techno-Functional ServiceNow Consultant to map out the strategy, implementation, and configuration of ServiceNow (ITSM and Asset Management) for our education client
Location: North York (Hybrid – 3 to 4 days a week)
Duration: 4–6-month contract
Hours: 7.5/day
Must have skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation projects in the role of a ServiceNow Techno/Functional Consultant, with a specific focus on ITSM, HRSD, Change Management and Assets Management modules.
- Proven track record of collaborating with IT and HR stakeholders and effectively managing cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Exceptional skills in documentation, reporting, and presentation, ensuring clear and effective communication of project updates and insights.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to interact with diverse teams and convey complex ideas clearly.
Nice to Have:
- Possession of ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator, is preferred
Project Details:
- Our education client is starting a project to implement ServiceNow for all its Employee facing functions. This includes ITSM, HR, Finance, Payroll and other departments. The largest and most complicated will be ITSM and HR focused.
- The client is in the process of selecting an implementation partner. They're looking for a Technical Manager to lead the implementation from their perspective.
- The contractor will partner to lead, architect and successfully implement the project.
- Using best practices approach, this role is crucial in reducing complexity, identifying and mitigating risks and in setting up smooth ongoing management of these systems.
- The contractor will play an integral role in project planning, gathering requirements, architecting the changes, leading the configuration of the changes and in managing integrations.
- The contractor will also support the testing, user acceptance and training.
