Sr. Transformation Consultant to support Enterprise Risk Management team for large banking client - 46159

Location: Downtown Toronto (in office 1/week)
Duration: 6 months

Job Description:
The Transformation Consultant will join the Enterprise Risk Transformation Group and work on high visibility initiatives supporting the design, development, and execution of projects to drive impact.
 
Job Responsibilities:
• Drive the development of strategic plans, help determine business priorities, resource requirements, and sequence for execution
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives and operational programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor and track performance, and develops / supports plans to address any issues
 
Must Have Skills:

• 2+ yrs of experience in a business transformation role
• Recent management consulting experience / some level of project management experience (running projects, PMP not required)
• Expertise in PowerPoint and ability to create professional presentations

 
Nice to Have Skills:

• Banking/Financial Industry experience/knowledge
