Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst/Senior Technical Writer is responsible for creating and writing new Supplier agreement Service Descriptions, deliverables, service levels and procedural documentation, updating existing documentation and conducting peer quality reviews. The role determines supplier deliverables by collaborating with business process relationship owners through interviews, and reviewing existing material to create standardized procedural documentation. The Analyst utilizes a solid understanding of business dynamics and contractual terms, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of team technical writing standards to ensure best in class procedural documentation is in place as well as clear and concise supplier agreement service descriptions. In addition, the role uses judgement and autonomy on day to day tasks, exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and ensuring that technical writing standards are followed.

• Write supplier agreement service descriptions, deliverables and service levels with accurately defined terms and consistent use of terminology throughout.

Must Haves:
· 4 years in a business analyst, technical writer role
· Microsoft Suite

Nice to have:
· 2+ years in a vendor management, procurement, contract management role or equivalent
· FI experience
· Writing SLA's, KPI's, Service Descriptions or significant back office Business Process Outsourcing
