CALGARY, Alberta, July 27, 2023 – S.i. Systems ULC, Canada's largest provider of IT contract staffing, direct hire services, and outsourced contractor payroll services, announced today that VP Nisha Manji was named to the 2023 40 under 40 list by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). The list recognizes trail blazers in the workforce solutions ecosystem who embrace evolution and raise their companies to new heights along the way.
Nisha has a decade of experience in the staffing industry and a passion for providing people with meaningful work that supports their livelihoods and communities. “It’s important to bring your authentic self into leadership,” said the VP. “To create a meaningful connection that leads to results in an environment of inclusivity, authenticity and transparency is where it starts.”
Nisha was foreign to the staffing industry ten years ago before she was introduced to it by S.i. Systems’ founder Derek Bullen. Soon after, Nisha joined the company as a recruiter, and worked her way through the account executive and managing director roles, and was then promoted to VP.
In her current role, Nisha oversees four branches and is accountable for one of the company’s largest divisions, overseeing 50 employees and $100 million in revenue. Nisha implemented a gross margin strategy program across the company, resulting in a gross margin increase of over 2%. She has been a driver of the integration of two large acquisitions in the last 12 months and she played a key role in developing and establishing the organisation’s U.S branch in Chicago.
