Software + IT

A visual media giant with a specialized product turned to S.i. Systems for a team of software developers to deliver their solutions.

We continue to surpass our client’s expectations by helping them with a multi-year strategy to staff a complete team of full stack developers, QA specialists, product owners, release coordinators, and Agile project managers.

Client

S.i. Systems has partnered with this major media company since 2008 through several formalized agreements. In 2014, we were selected for a Master Service Agreement, and in 2015 for a second permanent agreement.

Challenge

Our client has a zero-vacancy policy but needed a staff augmentation partner to achieve their objectives. S.i. Systems’ industry reach, vast talent network, software development expertise, and pre-established talent relationships enabled us to pinpoint matches for their needs on short notice.

Solution

With over 500 specialized software talent placements since 2017, we leaned on our years of experience recruiting for these critical roles. We successfully staffed 18 software developers, QA analysts, coordinators, and Agile/Lean managers for the client’s search and front-end teams.

Our consultants deliver business value to our client in short development iterations following Agile software development practices, working on IT initiatives such as improved search capabilities and functionalities for their website, growing their data science abilities, and implementing a new sales platform.

Outcomes

Meeting our client’s needs on this challenge led to a renewal of our MSA in 2019. We are now continually providing the client consultants from our talent pool for front-end, back-end and full stack design, as well as programming, software development, testing, and product releases.
