Challenge
Complications that arise from the use of multiple contingent workforce staffing firms were weighing the company down. It meant working with multiple pricing models, as well as different compliance and service level agreements. The bank wanted to leverage an experienced MSP partner that could centralize the process and bring transparency to pricing, compliance activities, service levels and contract ownership, while not sacrificing the knowledge held by their existing partners.
Solution
S.i. Systems had worked with this client for more than half a decade as a direct staffing partner when they made the decision to move to an MSP program.
With extensive experience supporting MSP programs, S.i. Systems was able to secure a place as a supplier in the MSP program starting in 2016. In 2020, we successfully re-competed with the client to maintain our place in the program.
Outcomes
Since 2016, S.i. Systems has executed more than 500 placement transactions for contract staffing services. In addition, we are able to respond within 48 hours or less to more than 100 requisitions per month .
